The NW Natural Parade of Homes is produced by the Building Industry Association of Clark County, and has become a summer tradition for families, couples and everyone looking to find innovative ideas for building, remodeling, landscaping, decorating or buying a new home. The event will showcase four homes highlighting the best in custom design, luxury, energy efficiency and creative use of space. Homes will range between 3,000 and 6,500 square feet and be furnished and fully decorated. The Building Industry Association of Clark County is excited to announce that this year’s 36th Anniversary of the NW Natural Parade of Homes is offering two tours over three weeks in July. The tour will showcase five innovative home designs, fully furnished and beautifully landscaped. The Parade homes are located in the Felida neighborhood, while the Open House tour will showcase an additional 20 homes across SW Washington.
For more than 35 years, organizers of the Parade have prided themselves on showcasing gorgeous homes - highlighting the best in custom design, luxury, energy efficiency and creative use of space. Homes this year will range between 3,400 to 4,600 square feet , plus each home will be furnished and fully decorated. Bella Villa Homes will be the show’s presenting developer and builder. Other builders in this year’s show are Axiom Custom Homes and Cascade West Development. The show will feature six luxury homes of 3,400 to 4,600 square feet.
